By booking a stay at Three Trails Lofts, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and others who access or use our rental properties located at 208 1/2 W Lexington Ave, Independence, MO 64050.

2. Booking and Payment

All reservations require full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Rates are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply for cleaning, damage, or extended stays.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

4. House Rules

All guests must comply with our house rules, including but not limited to: no smoking, no pets, no parties or events, and adherence to quiet hours. Three Trails Lofts utilizes Minut noise monitoring to ensure compliance with noise policies.

5. Cancellation Policy

6. Liability

Three Trails Lofts is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
