Cancellation Policy for Three Trails Lofts
We understand plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for direct bookings at Three Trails Lofts.
Standard Cancellation
Cancel 7 or more days before check-in and receive a full refund of your booking total.
Late Cancellation
Cancel 3 to 7 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund of your booking total.
Last-Minute Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
No-Show
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will not receive a refund.
Booking Modifications
Need to change your dates? Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Date modifications are not guaranteed and may be subject to rate differences.
Weather & Emergency Situations
Cancellations due to severe weather events or documented emergencies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you.

Booked Through Airbnb or VRBO?
If you booked through Airbnb or VRBO, the platform's cancellation policy applies. Please manage your cancellation directly through the platform where you made your reservation.
