We offer self check-in via smart lock. Your access code will be sent in your booking confirmation. No need to coordinate arrival times.

WiFi

WiFi network name and password will be provided in your booking confirmation. High-speed internet is available throughout the loft.

Parking

Free street parking is available on Lexington Ave and surrounding streets. No dedicated parking lot. Street parking around Independence Square is generally easy to find.

Kitchen

Each loft features a fully equipped kitchen. We provide the basics: coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper, and dish soap. Guests should bring any specialty items or groceries they need for their stay.

Laundry

Each loft has an in-unit washer and dryer with complimentary detergent provided.

Trash & Recycling

Please take your trash to the dumpster located behind the building before checkout.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level during these hours.

Checkout Procedures

Before you leave, please:

• Tidy up the loft
• Start the dishwasher
• Strip the beds
• Take out the trash to the dumpster behind the building
